This was an okay read. I suppose I was expecting a more pithy treatment of the topic. I also didn't realize that all of the "lesson stories" would come from the author's life. Certainly I anticipated that some would be, but not every single one. That got wearying after a while. Each chapter closes with solid, practical, actionable exercises to try.
